Vedic Yoga’s purpose is find your true self and balance the body, mind and spirit.  Vedic Yoga practice includes 50-60 minutes of (Asana) postures to heal the body and mind as well as build muscle tonality & flexibility.  In addition, Yoga postures gently activate marmani (“acupressure” points) to bring the body and mind back to health.  Vedic Yoga practice includes 5 minutes of pranayam (“breathing”) exercises to increase the oxygenation/lifeforce (“Prana”) throughout the body and 5 minutes of silence/meditation.  You will benefit by experiencing increased energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, as well as be more balanced in your emotions throughout the day.  Vedic Sciences are the oldest art & sciences from India, which includes Ayurveda, Yoga, Tantra, Astrology and Vastu and many more.
